In a direct bid to arrest an alarming slide in international form, a massive coaching overhaul is underway. Simultaneous, long-term training camps have been launched, designed to radically rebuild both the red-ball and white-ball setups.

Sarfaraz Takes the Red-Ball Reins
The red-ball camp, supervised by head coach Sarfaraz Ahmed, kicks off with a core group of 22 players, including premier batter Babar Azam. This camp will run rigorously until July 10, transitioning directly into a specialized pre-tour training block. The Test specialists will then depart for a crucial two-Test assignment against the West Indies on July 15.
Hesson’s Extended White-Ball Blueprint
On the flip side, white-ball head coach Mike Hesson will welcome a 27-player contingent starting June 15. This marathon limited-overs camp is scheduled to run all the way until September 18. Hesson has been given an extended runway to fine-tune tactical skills and fitness.
